This website uses a chatbot called Zander, powered by the Claude AI (Anthropic). If you give your consent, we store:
A visitor identifier — a randomly generated code saved to your browser's local storage. This has no personal information in it. It lets Zander recognise you if you return to the site so the conversation can continue naturally.
Your conversation with Zander — the messages you send and Zander's replies are saved to a secure database on our server. This helps Zander remember previous conversations and helps Jon understand what visitors are looking for.
If you decline consent, Zander will still work fully — your conversation simply won't be saved beyond your current session and you won't be recognised on future visits.
Your conversation data is used only to improve your experience on this site and to help Jon understand visitor needs before responding to enquiries. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any other purpose.
Zander's responses are generated by Claude, an AI developed by Anthropic. Messages you send are processed by Anthropic's API in order to generate a reply. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing and can be found at anthropic.com/privacy.
No other third-party services receive your data.
Conversation history is kept for 12 months, after which it is deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing ai@bluelogic.com.au.
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact Jon at ai@bluelogic.com.au.
This website does not use cookies. The visitor identifier is stored in your browser's local storage, which works similarly but is not transmitted with every request like a cookie is. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
If we make significant changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. We won't notify you individually of minor updates.
